JCC is challenging to develop an engineering area including capper, its related equipment, installation and maintenance.
Lately, customers expectation about improving filling equipment is getting bigger and in capper area speeding and labor saving are essential.
We have servo capper, automatic carton opening machine, cap supplying machine, and cap apply angle inspecting machine to meet customers' needs with advanced technology.

Capper

Servo capper provides consistent performance with torque control function. We also have a historical mechanical type.

Quality Control Devices

It has been our main theme to save labor cost by controlling sealed products.
We have developed automatic controlling system for apply angle, opening torque auto measuring device and off-center mark inspecting device.

Related Equipment

Automatic carton opening machine and cap supplying machine play a big role in operating process.
It is our new system. We make efforts to develop related equipment for the better performance.
