In promoting health management, we are creating health management indicators to identify health issues that lead to the resolution of management challenges and to translate these into specific initiatives for addressing these issues. By visualizing the story, we are enhancing the effectiveness of our initiatives.

Examples of health management initiatives

Implementation of Periodontal Disease Risk Assessment Event

Periodontal disease is not only related to oral health but also to systemic diseases, and strengthening periodontal disease prevention among the working-age population is highly anticipated. In October 2022, our company participated in the Investigation and Research on Demonstration Projects for Periodontal Disease Prevention promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and conducted a periodontal disease risk assessment event. At our company, we implement initiatives to promote health and ensure that all employees can achieve fulfillment in both work and personal life, based on their physical and mental well-being.

Holding a Mental Health Seminar

At our company, we are committed to providing opportunities for health information and promoting health behaviors to support employees in independently enhancing their health. On February 10, 2023, as part of our mental health initiatives, we held a Mental Health Seminar – Stress Management Techniques. The seminar focused on self-care and provided basic knowledge about mental health, along with various practical tips for managing stress effectively. We also conducted stress-relieving exercises during the seminar.

Holding a Seminar on Women’s Health

At our company, we aim to create a workplace environment where all employees, regardless of gender, understand and support each other in addressing health issues. As part of this effort, we held a seminar titled We want Men to Listen, Too! Seminar on Women’s Health on April 20, 2023. The seminar provided an opportunity for the entire workplace to deepen their understanding of health issues specific to women, such as changes in female hormones, menstrual discomfort, and menopause.
